Why am I saving data in Offline mode?

If you receive a notification on the Hawkin Capture app that you are "Saving Data in Offline Mode," there are two potential causes.

  1. You have lost connection to your WiFi network, or you are connected to the network, but you aren't fully online. 
    1. Solution: Reconnect to the WiFi network, or open the web browser on the tablet to confirm that you are able to access the internet. 
  2. Your app is not up to date
    1. To check for an app update, open the Google Play Store app and search for "Hawkin Capture."  Select the Hawkin Capture app from the search results, and tap update.
