My plates won't turn on...

Plates Not Powering on? Try These fixes!

If you are having trouble getting your force plates to power on, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure the plates are getting charged when plugged into the wall.
2. If not, try plugging the plates into a different outlet and also try another charging cable. 
3. Ensure you are plugging into the "Charge" port and not the "Comms" Port
4. Try plugging in to a different USB wall charger adapter (block).
5. Last trick is to hold the power button for 20+ seconds to attempt a battery reset.
