When Successfully Upload Tests are Missing in the Cloud, this will guide you to resolving this!
- Go to the Athlete profile who is missing their test data in the cloud and ensure you are on the 'tests tab'
- When the athlete is selected, you will see at the bottom right-hand side of the screen, the "Show disabled Tests" option. Please toggle this on and your "missing" tests will likely be here
- To re-activate (or enable) your tests, check the 'Edit' box next to the tests in need of being "activated" and then the 'Edit Tests' button.
- You will then click the 'Enable Tests' tab and again click the 'Enable Test' button on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
From here, your tests should now appear as they should in the cloud database, but if they do not, please log out and back in to let everything sync up properly. If they continue to not appear as they should, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist further!
