How to Update Your Plates to be IOS compatible

To update your Gen 5 Plates to be IOS compatible:

  • Step 1: Power Off Plates
  • Step 2: Connect your plates to a laptop using a USB -C cable
  • Step 3: On the same laptop the plates are plugged into - log into the Hawkin Cloud. 
  • Step 4: Hawkin Cloud > Settings > Device Updater > Follow All Instructions.
