Did you Make a Mistake Testing in the Capture App? Here's a Guide to Resolve it

Happen to collect data with the athletes' limbs on the wrong plates? Or accidentally Perform the trial under the wrong test type? This is how to get it rectified!

If this was the case for you, we have a method to resolve this, but it will involve reaching out to techsupport@hawkindynamics.com. Simply send us an email stating what has happened.

  1. After doing so, we will ask to get the Test IDs for any trials that need adjusting
  2. From there, we will take care of it on the back end for you for you
  3. If you go into your Cloud database (cloud.hawkindynamics.com) and then to the "Sessions Tab" on the right.
  4. Click the download/ export button (as seen in my screenshot) for the session in which the trials need adjusting
5. After this, you will find the Test IDs in the first column of the excel file as seen below.

6.  Please send the Test ID's to techsupport@hawkindynamics.com and we will have this rectified for you in a short period of time
 
 
Additionally, if you only need one test trial adjusted, the quick and easy way to get us the Test ID is below:
  1. Make your way to the Cloud database (Cloud.hawkindynamics.com)
  2. In the Test's tab, find the athlete whose test needs adjusting
  3. Left Click on that test
  4. Find the URL, as the Test ID is at the end of it (see below)

  5. Copy the Test ID; In this instance- gbwPEK7CCNIyn4P7RAJd
  6. Proceed to send us the Test ID via email and let us know what adjustment is needing to be made on our end
