The force plates operate via WiFi direct. The only wire needed for use is the short wire that connects the two force plates.
We offer 9 hours of battery life and you are free to move the force plates anywhere you'd like. We have users that test their athletes in one part of the weight room (i.e. CMJ), then move them into the rack and perform an isometric mid-thigh pull. We also have had users test on the side of a mountain!
